This outstanding business aid allows clients to assess historical weather events and their impact on past performance. Used in conjunction with our forecasting services, it allows users to plan the future by reference to the past.
Historical data is available for twelve regions across the United Kingdom and Ireland, as per the 5-Day regional forecast
It includes the highest and lowest temperatures over a 24-hour period, plus precipitation types, duration, and intensities and wind strengths depicted in the Beaufort Scale.
Data is available from the year 2000.
The archive is available in a graphical database format as part of our bespoke package. Users can select the historic period most important to them, from a simple to use menu.
It is also available in xls spreadsheets provided in WinZip files by e-mail or on a CD and sent by post.
It can be purchased directly from Weather Commerce Ltd on an Invoice basis or in 6-month blocks through our on-line weather shop.
The spreadsheets retail at £6 per day + VAT on a rolling contract.
On-line packages can be purchased in 6-month bundles for £1,095.
